Support Hours

Business hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 America/New_York (holidays excluded).
After-hours: P0 emergencies only — best-effort for Pro, on-call for Concierge.

Backups, RPO & RTO

  • Starter: Verify host backups; guidance only. Target RPO ≤ 48h; RTO 24–48h (best-effort).
  • Pro: Configure/verify daily incrementals + weekly full; quarterly test restore. Target RPO ≤ 24h; RTO 4–8h (typical).
  • Concierge: As Pro + pre-staged playbooks. Target RPO ≤ 12h; RTO 2–4h (typical).

Maintenance Windows

Planned updates are scheduled Sundays 02:00–05:00 (server local time) unless coordinated otherwise. Emergency patches may occur at any time.

Service Credits

  • Pro: If monthly uptime (scope-bound) falls below 99.9%, a 10% monthly credit applies.
  • Concierge: If monthly uptime (scope-bound) falls below 99.95%, a 15% monthly credit applies.

Credits apply to the following month’s invoice; not stackable; capped at 50%; exclude excluded causes below.

Exclusions

  • Hosting/network/provider outages, registrar/DNS issues, CDN failures
  • Third-party service disruptions (email, forms, payment, analytics)
  • Force majeure (DDoS, utility failures, natural disasters)
  • Unapproved changes by third parties; custom app defects
  • PHI workflows: We do not request, store, or process PHI and do not act as a HIPAA Business Associate

Terms, Billing & Cancellation

  • Billing: Month-to-month; invoiced in advance; Net 7.
  • Cancellation: 30-day notice; no refunds for prior months. Access removal & hand-off on request.
  • Out-of-scope work: Time & Materials @ $150/hr (estimate and approval required).
  • Data & Access: You retain ownership of your content, data, and accounts. We use least-privilege access.
